The Living System

Reconstructography began as a method for reconstructing a human life from evidence. It is now becoming something larger — a living continuity system that preserves what is real, maps what it means, holds the decisions that shaped the path, and returns again and again to the most reviewed truth available.

The method does not change. What is growing is the instrument built to carry it forward — carefully, honestly, and without overwriting what came before.

The Instrument Being Built

William OS

William OS is the developing operating system for Reconstructography. It is being built to preserve what matters, show what has already been considered, map the road traveled, and help find the next right step — not by guessing, but by reading what the evidence and the archive have already established.

When you return to the work, the system returns with you. Not from the beginning — from where the truth was last honestly reviewed. The decisions that were made are held. The ones that were set aside are held too. Nothing is quietly discarded.

William OS does not replace Reconstructography. It serves it — the way a careful archive serves the historian, or a well-kept journal serves the person trying to understand their own life.
